Our online store is secure. All online transactions are transmitted and encrypted. State of the art, industry standard SSL encryption is used for your protection.

Snuggle Time Embroidery accepts payments by Money Orders or Personal Checks. Personal Check will be held 5 business days to allow the check to clear.

Return Policy

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and want you to be completely satisfied with any products that you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you may return them for a full refund. Please call or email for a return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and refund not processed. Personalized items may be subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. All returned items must be in the exact same condition they were delivered in. On returns, the cost of shipping charges cannot be refunded. This includes the cost to ship the items to you and the cost for you to return them to us.
