What types of payment do you accept?
We have our own merchant account to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via Paypal© to account Snuggletime@gmail.com. Personal checks and Money orders are also acceptable.

How much is s/h?
We offer Free Parcel Post Shipping to the USA. We also offer Priority Shipping to the USA and this is determined by the weight and postal zone. For Canada we offer First Class International Shipping and the cost is $5.00 for orders up to $49.95 and $9.95 for orders between $50.00 and $99.99. If you need Priority Shipping to Canada please contact us for the rates. WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00 TO BOTH CANADA AND USA.

How long does it take before my item will ship?
We customize each item, so items usually ship in 3-5 business days.

Can I return an item?
Yes, if you are unhappy with an item it can be returned, but you must contact us for a return authorization number first. To get this number please email us with the reason for the return. Also if your item has been personalized it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless it was an error on our part.

Is there an embroidery fee?
No.

Does it cost extra to put a name, date and/or saying on an item?
No! This service is FREE with your purchase.

Can all items be personalized?
Yes. All items can have a name added. Some items are limited in the amount of personalization that can be added. If you are unsure if something can be personalized in a way you would like please don’t hesitate to ask.

How do I let you know what I want personalized?
When you check out there will be a text box where you can type in the item you want personalized along with the font style, initials, name, date and/or saying you want embroidered.

How do I know what font styles you have?
We have a fonts page for you to look at. All font styles can be used with any of our items.

I have a coupon code. How do I use it?
Coupon and Discount codes can be used on the last page of check out in the Discount box. Be sure to hit apply before you complete check out.

Are these all the designs you have?
No, we have more the 200,000 designs. Check out my stock catalog. To order any design from this site please email us with the design ID # for more information.

I tried to change the quantity in my cart but its resetting to another quantity. Why?
We use an inventory control system so we don’t oversell products. You can always email us to find out when more will become available.

Can I purchase items for resale or at wholesale prices?
If you have a website, store or are in need of larger quantities please contact Amanda Fedele at

If I subscribe to your email list do you share my email with others?
Nope your email will only be put on our mailing list for sales and new products.
